Rhino class have been learning about forces and magnets in our science lessons. They have learnt about both push and pull forces and then moved onto magnets. We looked at the north and south poles of magnets and their affects towards each other.

Welcome back to all our eager Elephants. All of year 4 have had a fantastic start to the year with everyone being on task and keen to get involved. Dow and I cannot wait to see what the children can achieve this year. As our Christmas performance fast approaches it is extremely important for all of the children to continue to learn their lines and the songs.

Toothbrushing time in Early Years. This morning we had a very special visitor, Viv. She came in to talk to us about our teeth and how it is very important to look after them. We all worked very hard answering lots of questions and did some really good listening. Everybody needs to remember to brush their teeth in the morning and at night time before bed. Leaves, leaves and more leaves! .

What a great first day back we have had! Today Snow Leopard, Dolphin and Panda class started learning about the artist Andy Goldsworthy- he creates all of his art using resources from nature. He was born in England but now lives in Scotland.
